Fitness Options:
Private training –
Private Training provides clients with the support
of one-on-one instruction. Our trainers
design programs specific to our clients’ fitness
needs and goals, which are determined in the
evaluation session. Trainers develop well-rounded
routines that include toning, stretching and
cardiovascular exercise, and weight loss. Each
private training session is 70 minutes in length.
Semi-private training –
Semi-private training provides clients with the
support of small group instruction (2 – 4
participants) while still keeping the individual
client’s goals in mind. Our trainers design
well-rounded routines that include toning,
stretching, and cardiovascular exercise devoted to
the needs of each client. The semi-private training
session lasts approximately 60-75 minutes.
Group X Fitness –
Group X Fitness is an up-tempo class that
incorporates plyometrics, strength training,
cardiovascular exercise, flexibility, and recovery.
You will circuit through a series of exercises that
covers all areas of fitness. This class is very
effective with a low risk of injury.
Bodiography –
A fitness class that combines principles of pilates,
yoga, and fitness training. You will improve on
flexibility, muscular integrity, and abdominal
stamina. This is a low impact fitness class that
will target specific muscles and burn many calories.
Boot Camps
– This 60-90 minute outdoor, dynamic, motivational
movement camp is a can't miss program. Boot Camp is
a combination of aerobic exercise and resistance
training that is customized to meet the needs of
everyone involved. Regardless of your fitness level,
emphasis is placed on exercising safely, having fun,
and completing the challenge. This class finishes
with gentle stretching exercises to incorporate the
complete mind & body experience. You will be
energized all day! Boot Camps are offered from May
through September.
